So, here I again.
I have been doing Slimming World since the start of February 2013.

Journey has been quite erratic LOL.

Anyhow, hopefully this can help me keep motivated. especially with the help of you lovely people :)
 
So ignore my signature (havnt used it for awhile)

I'm doing EE plan :)

Today's food so far


Breakfast

25g Rice Krispie multi grains (4.5syns)
250ml (HEXa)
Apple
Cup of tea.

Lunch

60g wholemeal bread (HEXb)
Bernard mathews chicken breast
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Lighter than light mayo 1tbsp (0.5syns)
Banana
Activa 0% cherry yoghurt
Cup of tea
Viscount (3.5syns)

Not sure about dinner tonight...

Hoping to do 45 mins of Zumba too! :)
 
Good luck with your journey. I think a lot of us are erractic some of the time. I know I am.

Cup of tea with sweetener

Lunch

Sweet and sour noodle mugshot
Apple
Banana
Yoghurt

Dinner

Did intend on doing some nice synfree food LOL That went out of the window! Had an emotional evening :( and completely blew the day...with several crisps and little cakes...says it all really lol. Didnt do Zumba either!

Got my big thick marker pen out and drawing a line underneath that one!
