My weekend has been terrible, totally off plan!
So glad to be at work and back into routine. Got 5 days to go til next weigh in lol.

Planning on having a jacket spud, beans and salad (thats if the salad is in date!) if not then just the spud and beans.
And making sure i do another 20 mins of zumba kinect
