So I had an utter disaster with my fish pie last night - it looked great but I guess I learnt the hard way (and really stupid way) that no matter how hard I try - I do NOT like fish!!! lol shame really!

So other half and I walked in the two inch snow last night with the dog to get some money and then to the local Chinese - (no jokes about the dog and chinese please!!) don't all run in fear!! I only had a low syn chow mein so despite the lovely take away I still stayed below my syns yesterday - SW rocks!!

To today's plan is the banana I've just eaten
Poached egg on toast for lunch
And tonight I'm making chop shop style Donna lamb kebab and chicken tikka meat in a wrap - drooling! :)

I may consider a trifle after lunch because their just so yummy! :)

I haven't weighed yet because frankly I'm scared! The feeling I felt in the week when I had gained for no reason got me really angry so I'm going to try and avoid the scales till weigh in - I know most of my weight loss happens between mon- Wednesday so it doesn't matter what the scales say today anyway

That's the plan anyway

Food went to plan

Had a trifle after dinner and a small meringue while making it

Might have a hot chocolate later tonight

Want a 2lb loss this week as I've worked out I can charge through to target with a 2lb a week loss which also allows 7/8 weeks without that loss

So im holding into the thought of that - my new wetsuit in June and my trip to the luxury lodge other half and I have booked in may - plan to do lots of hiking especially a visit to cheddar gorge so wouldn't mind being another stone lighter by then - at least!

Morning world!

I'm bring a rebel and having a bacon sandwich this morning muahanaha!
Hex for bread and trimmed fat off bacon of course

Then I have a banana (I'll hurt it's feeling) if I stop having one a day now!) I'll eat that about 11

Then lunch is the same as yesterday with beans

And tonight I have lamb tagine in the slow cooker which makes for my second new meal this week. I have faith it MUST go better than the fish pie!

Hi Emmey, thought I'd just pop in and say hi. I love fish but tried a SW fish pie and wasn't keen, perhaps I need to try a different one! Hows things going, I stayed tthe same this week. I was a bit disappointed as I've been good but the time of the month may have had an effect! Will just have to try and have a good loss this week! Will check back with you tomorrow to see how you've done, good luck!!

I gained half last week and was not I pressed as had no reason to. If I don't lose at least two this week I will have a huge strop lol I've been good for two weeks now and currently I only half a half pound gain to show for it!
Obviously if I don't get a decent loss this week I'll be bloody gutted and plough on through another week but I've decided if I don't lose a decent amount the following week I'm just chopping off a limb!:)

Maybe a bit drastic!!! However it is frustrating when your good and the weight won't go! Stick with it and i'm sure you'll have a smile on your face tomorrow!!
 
Morning guys

WI night

Banana for breakfast
Curried pea soup for lunch and tonight isn't planned yet

I've already decided to really up my free and super free when I do the shopping this week - salad to start and soups for lunches - going to give the speed soup a go - I'm not hopeful for WI tonight because I followed plan last week and gained so following the plan this week will lead to what exactly? Ho hum!

Was meant to be having two off meals this week - one on Saturday before going to te cinema and one on valentines day - If I don't lose a decent amount this week I'll just cook a SW meal on Saturday so I'm only having one off plan meal which I'll flexi syn. - also decided if I don't lose tonight im upping the exercise - not sure where or how I'll fit that in my day but I'll try - if I had the cash id go ahead and order 'the 30 day shred' so many of you rave about this for inch loss - might have to see of the birthday fairy will deliver it in may - but until then I need exercise and my good loss's back - its starting to get me down!

Usual update coming tonight - I sure hope it's a good one!

Well done you!!!! Really pleased for you, its awful when you stay on plan and either gain or STS its so demoralising. Well your well away again now and getting nearer that 6 stone target!!!
