So had a great night last night - didn't really drink a stupid amount as I cherish my weekends and really can't be arsed dealing with losing my Sunday to a hangover!!
I have lunches for work this week sorted and I'm trying to up my super free intake
I have a small salad to start followed by a small portion of pasta which I baked in a tomato/pasatta sauce
Salad consists of cucumber tomatoes sweet corn lettuce beetroot and a splodge of salad cream - decided to make smaller portions of salad and pasta to eat both as I know I won't just want a cold salad for lunches
Today I had what my other half and I call a big fatty breakfast lol although it was only bacon sausage and egg on a sandwich but it was Devine and practically 0 syns!
Tonight I have BBQ pulled pork with potato skins filled with bacon and some cheese with a bit of sour cream and onion dip
I haven't weighed myself either and seem to be staying off the scales the past two weeks
Need to make an appointment to see my nurse this week and chat about my weightloss and she will hopefully give me another 12 weeks SW vouchers - I really feel its made all the difference for me to weigh at a group and share my pain or joy each week but I'm also a bit attention seeking so it pushes me each week to hit targets so everyone can clap and pat me on the head etc lol
I'm 3.5 away from my 2.5 sticker - I'm hoping to get that at the very latest end of feb - so two weigh ins - aiming for a 2lb loss this week - nothing getting in the way and have some nice evening meals planned and hoping to up my walking again at work assuming I can actually walk! My body appears to have taken a battering over the last few weeks - I have a recurring shoulder injury which leaves me a bit buggered as its my left and is the side I work my guide dogs on - I think it's a general repetitive strain which I'll have to just learn to live with due to my job - slept at other halfs mums last night as they live closer to where the dinner party was at so was on an air bed - must have slept funny because my whole right side aches today - so lately I've been feeling 90+years old!
Right better go spray the potatoes with frylight and whack in the oven so their nice and crispy!
