A game that i'll win! My journey.

So had a great night last night - didn't really drink a stupid amount as I cherish my weekends and really can't be arsed dealing with losing my Sunday to a hangover!!

I have lunches for work this week sorted and I'm trying to up my super free intake

I have a small salad to start followed by a small portion of pasta which I baked in a tomato/pasatta sauce
Salad consists of cucumber tomatoes sweet corn lettuce beetroot and a splodge of salad cream - decided to make smaller portions of salad and pasta to eat both as I know I won't just want a cold salad for lunches

Today I had what my other half and I call a big fatty breakfast lol although it was only bacon sausage and egg on a sandwich but it was Devine and practically 0 syns!

Tonight I have BBQ pulled pork with potato skins filled with bacon and some cheese with a bit of sour cream and onion dip

I haven't weighed myself either and seem to be staying off the scales the past two weeks

Need to make an appointment to see my nurse this week and chat about my weightloss and she will hopefully give me another 12 weeks SW vouchers - I really feel its made all the difference for me to weigh at a group and share my pain or joy each week but I'm also a bit attention seeking so it pushes me each week to hit targets so everyone can clap and pat me on the head etc lol

I'm 3.5 away from my 2.5 sticker - I'm hoping to get that at the very latest end of feb - so two weigh ins - aiming for a 2lb loss this week - nothing getting in the way and have some nice evening meals planned and hoping to up my walking again at work assuming I can actually walk! My body appears to have taken a battering over the last few weeks - I have a recurring shoulder injury which leaves me a bit buggered as its my left and is the side I work my guide dogs on - I think it's a general repetitive strain which I'll have to just learn to live with due to my job - slept at other halfs mums last night as they live closer to where the dinner party was at so was on an air bed - must have slept funny because my whole right side aches today - so lately I've been feeling 90+years old!

Right better go spray the potatoes with frylight and whack in the oven so their nice and crispy!

Well weigh in this morning went better than I had hoped, expected to STS after the start to the week, actually managed 1lb off so really chuffed!!! Will pop over and see how you get on with weigh in on wednesday, good luck!

Pancake day... And this shall be the first pancake day that I don't consume any!
I'm still being really good as I want at least 2lb off tomorrow - salad and pasta for lunch - toast for breakfast and a banana and kiwi somewhere in the day
No walking today as I'm on an animal first aid course all day with work - looking forward to it too

So weigh in tomorrow and I want at least 2 off! I've been a star all week aside from some wine on Saturday night - stick to pasta and salad this week - saying that I was a star all but valentines night last week and only got a STS so who knows!

Also think I'm going to start the 30 day shred again from Saturday - I did two days then had to stop because of my knackered shoulder. It was hard going but I'm still wanting to do it - have a few busy nights this week so will start on Saturday and hopefully that will kick start my weightloss further

:-(( that's not fair especially when you been on plan so annoying, but sometimes it makes us go back to the beginning again and take a fresh look at what we are doing.
Think your doing the right thing and keeping positive is good to :) well done on starting the 30 day shred it's sooo good need to get back to it myself, maybe I'll join you :) x

LOL whoops!! Turns out I lost half a pound not put it on!! LOL still not happy as I should have lost more but hey! It's not a gain after all LoL I'm such a plonker

Thank you ly! I agree and I'm still going bak to basics and measuring and checking syns and writing down and shred this weekend too - want a big loss next week!

I really should start it this weekend have a week off next week too so should have more time to give it a good go! You have a deal x

I'm on L2 D3....I can see a difference when look at my tummy, would say it def changes yr body shape!! :-D x

Emmey anything thats not a gain is always good, I know you were hoping for more but it will come, stick with it. I have heard lots about the 30 day shred but not sure i'm fit enough for it so you'll have to let me know how you get on, perhaps you may inspire me to give it a go!!! Good luck to all for the week ahead, we will all get there eventually, we just have to keep going even if we have little set backs along the way. Just think Emmey 1/2lb off is 1/2lb nearer that goal!!!x
