Lunch was ham, salad - tomatoes cucumber onions lettuce boiled egg, new potatoes
Followed by half an activia yoghurt as I got full and stopped (yeah!!)

Tonight I have chicken curry which I'll have with boiled rice and lots of veggies and will include a pic
Don't ask how many times I've been to the toilet today - I barely drink a pint of water a day usually so this is a shock to the system I feel like I'm drowning!
I also turned down a piece of cake and somebody at work told me they can really start to see the weight loss - yes!!
