I think I'll leave out a meal tonight - im stuffed from lunch and had a load of roast potatoes so dont really want anymore carbs today - ill stick to a fruit salad tonight if needed - made a lovely mix for the week consisting of apple pear grapes strawberries mango pineapple melon satsuma and kiwi - I'm really looking forward to WI this week - no idea why as I've felt my last 4 WI's should have given me nice big results and they really didn't lol but I know it's going somewhere as I'm still dropping Inches
Back to the shred Monday and Tuesday night - I would have done it this weekend but this blooming dog has kept me awake most the weekend I've probably had about 6 hours across fri and sat night - glad he's off to a new home from Monday
Right then so I'll aim for 2lb loss this Wednesday please scale gods

Oh I've not had any time this weekend to do anything I really want to - I want to learn some computer program's with the new bamboo drawing pad I borrowed from my dad and also look into designing some of my own tshirts which usually leads to me designing yet another tattoo for myself lol
