Nothing too sinister - doc seems to think it's a groin strain and has advised me to rest from the gym for a week til it heals. I never knew that type of strain could affect your back as well but apparently it can so just gonna take doc's orders and hopefully things will heal up nicely and I can get back to the gym... maybe lay off the machines for a bit and just try some classes. I'll have a wee chat with the girls at the gym when I go back next week. At least I don't have another PE input at uni for a few weeks!
