B - Fruit n Fibre (HExB) with chopped banana and ss-milk (HExA)
L - Baked potato with beans
D- Tuna pasta in homemade tomato & chilli sauce with spinach leaves
Snacks - grapes, strawberries, pear, tangerine, low fat raspberry yogurt (2.5 syns), 2 x melba toast (1 syn), 2 x crackerbread (2 syns) & light dairylea triangle (1.5 syns)

Total syns = 7 (ended up being over by 3 yesterday by accidentally reading wrong syn values so trying to compensate!)
Calores = 1,350

I seem to be best friends with tuna this week! I might try and get some fresh tuna steaks for next week as they are better for you than the canned stuff...

I'm going into Glasgow later this afternoon to meet my cousin Rachel for late night shopping. She wants to get a new dress for mine & Calum's engagement BBQ on Saturday and I want to try and find a wee pair of sandals to go with my dress. Think we're going to go somewhere for a diet coke afterwards haha.

Snacks - grapes, strawberries, tangerine, pear, mullerlight (all FREE, yay!)
Drinks - water, diet coke

Total syns - 0 (saving for the BBQ tomorrow!)
Calories - 1,250 approx

I'm off out to Glasgow tonight for one of Calum's friend's birthday things. Calum said he'll pay me into wherever we are going and get me a few drinks. Told him I'll only be on the diet coke so will be a cheap date haha. Saving my syns from today for tomorrow so I can have a few vodkas at the BBQ. Have decided I don't wanna go too off-track, especially since it is the first week, so will be limiting myself to 3 vodkas with diet coke which would leave me 8 syns for a bit of naughty food if I so desire.

Plans for this morning:
1. Do some laundry
2. Prepare some tasty syn-free burgers & BBQ relish for tomorrow!

Sadly the weather forecast is predicting rain, rain, rain so the BBQ may be more of an indoor buffet type thing now. But hey ho!

Yesterday was lots of fun. I'll be having a syn-free day today too to cover it though lol. Ended up having 7 vodkas and some of my choc engagement cake but other than that I was on yummy free food :)

D - pasta with tomato passata, spring onions, peppers, herbs&spices

Calories - 1300 approx

The cake (as great as it looks) would not bother me, more of a savoury tooth but the vodka would have been my downfall in more way than one.

My aunt sent the rest of the cake up but I've just cut a slither of a slice to have with a cup of tea later tonight and the rest has been binned. Seems like a waste really but half my family dislike butter icing and the rest are on a diet haha.

D - Pasta with passata & various herbs/spices
Snacks - fruit, pate (4 syns) + melba toast x 5 (2.5 syns) + crackerbread x 2 (2 syns)

Total syns - 8.5
Calories - approx 1300

Limiting myself to 8.5 (out of my allowance of 10!) syns today in order to keep my overall weekly total to 70. Really hoping for a good loss tonight to help keep me motivated!
 
Thanks!! I just did the Leslie Walk (1 mile!) after breakfast plus I'll be walking to/from class tonight (30 mins total). Gonna look at introducing some different exercise this week I think! x

Well done, I am a bit addicted to her walks now, I feel so much better for them and hoping they will help me time as I lose, really scared I am going to lose weight everywhere but my tummy ( which is my problem area) :(

I love walking, especially the fresh air, think that is one of the reasons I am struggling with driving, it just doesn't feel natural to me x

What are you thinking of introducing? X

Do you have an Aqua Aerobics class near to you? that is where I started. There are about 60 people in the class I go to now (a very large same depth pool which has surround sound :) ) age from 16 upwards, all shapes and sizes and we have a great time. You can work at your own pace and nobody judges anyone else.

Good Luck with the weigh in tonight.
 
I was thinking something like that...can you do aqua aerobics if you can't swim? I never learned!!x
