Sorry I've been AWOL again. I managed to stick to my guns at the party but ended up having a bit of a choccie binge again on Saturday - not sure what is going on with me lately?! Weigh in tonight and just found out I've been nominated for Miss Slinky - winner decided at class tonight. Doubt I'll win to be honest but it's a nice wee boost to even have been nominated :).

Yaaaaay, I won!! I was up against 3 fantastic women, all very worthy of the title! Cannot believe it. Over the moon. And I lost a lb so that's my gain from last week gone. And I got my Gold body magic award too! Eeeeh, defo back on track 100% now. This is helped motivate me more - if other folk actually rate me enough to vote for me then I need to get my act together haha.
 
Today's menu:

B - 2 weetabix (HExB) with ss milk (HExA), strawberries & 1tsp chocshot (0.5syns)
L - leftover homemade soup (packed full of superfree!) and red & green grapes
D - Tuna pasta mixed using 2 tbsp light mayo (4 syns) with added chilli flakes & tomatoes
Other - muller light, grapes & 1tsp chocshot (0.5syns), Options hot choc (2.5 syns) using leftover HExA milk with a tsp chocshot added (0.5 syns)

Syns = 8
Calories = 1400 approx

Have a girls night out on Saturday with my sister, cousin & friend. Thinking of wearing this outfit with my black suede wedges:

Getting too cold for dresses plus I always wear them out. Skinny jeans and a blouse is a nice wee change :). Plus the fact I actually fit back into this blouse makes me feel good!

Took my measurements. Since starting Slimming World 4 months ago I've lost 2" from my bust, 2" from my waist and 4" from my hips!
Currently at:

Bust - 43"
Waist - 33"
Hips - 41"

I'm worried about my hips disappearing - always had slimmer hips / broader bust but don't want to look top heavy :(. Just gotta deal with what I've been given though haha.
 
Thats brill, im sure we could loose all the weight we want and still want more!! You cant change your shape so dont worry about it , you have done so well x

I'm feeling really focused and finding being on plan is going well so far this week. Today's menu:

B - red & green grapes, banana, muller light & 0.5 syns chocshot, hifi light double choc crisp bar (half HExB) & green tea!
L - Bacon, fried egg, beans & fried tomato
D - Baked potato with tuna mayo (4 syns light), 30g cheddar (HExA) & onion
Other - hifi light (other half HExB), more grapes

Syns = 4.5
Calories = 1400 approx

I'm sticking to soft drinks on the girlie night out this Saturday. I barely drink anyway so don't see the point in wasting syns haha. The only thing I have this week that might throw a spanner in the works is mine & Calum's anniversary on Sunday/Monday. 6 years together Sunday, 1 year engaged Monday as the poor sod had planned to ask on our actual anniversary but 'couldn't find the right moment' so ended up doing it at 1.30am next day, bless. Anyway, we're both working Sunday so just making dinner together that night then doing something on Monday during the day :)

Thinking steak with mushroom & peppercorn sauce (SW style), syn-free chips & salad followed by a 4 syn dessert of fruit, muller light, crushed meringue nests, chocshot & mikado sticks broken up on top! Plus might have a wee rose wine spritzer.

Sorry I've been AWOL - combination of working/being tired plus mine & Calum's anniversary at the weekend :) 6 years together , 1 year since we got engaged <3
I ended up skipping Slimming World class last night so I could stay an extra night at Calum's but I just weighed myself on my mum's scales and they are showing 3.5lb loss from last week! :D

B - banana, fat free natural yogurt, half syn chocshot
L - toffee muller light, banana, 2 babybel mini (HExA)
D - mince, tatties, carrots, peas & 1 syn ketchup
Other - 2 hifi light bars

Really need to up my superfree but we need to do a food shop!

Tomorrow is my graduation! Me, mum, dad & Calum are going for lunch after it and I will most likely be OFF PLAN but I'm ok with that :) xx
