Hello, i was wondering if someone could help me please 
Ive just joined a gym and have been 3x this week which i really enjoy, but im a little confused
My workout at the gym is about 40 minutes cardio and 20 minutes on different weight machines 3x a week, dont ask me what there called cause i dont have a clue, the machines im going on are for my arms and legs if that any help lol.
Well i was wondering, if i carry on using the weights will i have a slower weight loss? i know that ive been told that my body shape should change and i do want to tone up as well but do you think i should cut down the weights and concentrate more on cardio untill i start dropping the pounds????
