Day 58 - done thank God think today is worst I have felt in a while I just wanted to eat. I was walking around asda thinking of what wud be nice to have now felt really down and wanted to eat I didn't though went and stood in front of my fridge for about 10 mins staring at my fat photo

Day 59 - good morning ladies feeling better this morning gonna have my first shake later today while I'm at home

Goodnight all I'm off to watch big brother upstairs on record today has been a better day feeling wise - no bad thoughts had my choc bar late and final shake late too so dont feel hungry
It's my turn again to cook my mum her dinner tomorrow so I shall be making pork joint with mash roasties,yorkshires peas carrots and broccoli while I have my choc orange or peanut bar not decided yet I'm spoilt for choice

Day 60 - yes 60 I can't believe it another WI tomorrow I really want 3lbs for my 3 stone I really hope I can get it
Sunday dinner for all today except me obviously lol I will be sat there with my bar
Feeling good today can't believe it's been 60 days since I started this diet it has flown by and I still have not given in to temptation and cheated not even a little bit I am really proud of that
