Day 65 - morning all hope u have a lovely day I'm so glad its Friday roll on 4pm
Its been a funny old week but mad how reading distracts u from feeling hungry although yesterday I don't know why but I really wanted to eat and the sweet man was in work lol but I guess we always gonna have temptations from.now on and as long as i make a healthy choice I won't slip back into old habit cos I will not be heavy like I was ever again I want to enjoy life not be miserable about it cos I'm fat and frumpy and old before my time
Well I better get up and gets kids up ready for school

Day 67 - morning ladies still 100% on plan and feeling good got wi tomorrow hope its more than 1 lb loss this week
I am so addicted to fifty shades almost finished second book now and it distracts u from food too lol

Hi zest no I'm not cooking for everyone today just the kids bf is at work all day just finished ironing I hate it with a passion on book 3 of mr grey now too I am so addicted will be gutted when it's done hope u are enjoying your time off I noticed u were up early this morning :-(
