Day 73 - been having bad pmt this week had big argument with fella yesterday don't even kow what it was over lol

Day 75 - good morning ladies
WI number 11 has arrived, these weeks are going far to quick felt like I was only weighed a couple of days ago not 7 :) not that I'm complaining as it means I'm getting closer to my goal although still a long way off its no way near as big as when I first started :)
Hope u all have a lovely day will post tonight when I'm back in from work on my results WI not till 16:45 :)

Well ladies today just couldn't get any better I lost 4lb so not only gone down 4 stone brackets now but also reached 3 and half stone plus I have won tickets in work to see Olympics in London watching gymnastics and an overnight stay woohoo :)

Thanks jojo it's just a brilliant diet I love it never ever stuck to a diet before for this long without having a little cheat
