Day 97 - good morning ladies I'm a very happy girl today not only did I hit my 4 stone mark yesterday but I got engaged :) and I went shopping and bought a size 16 big still I know but it's going down :) happy Tuesday ladies xxx

Day 98 - good morning ladies xxx hope u r all well glad it's almost the weekend :) I have been having really bad cravings yesterday and wanted something to eat but I didn't have any think its cos its totm again :) oh well almost day 100 :)

Day 99 - last day in double figures :) happy Thursday all feeling a bit sniffly minger in work got flu and sneezes everywhere without covering his nose or anything spreading his manky germs

Day 100 - woohoo I can't believe I have been doing this for 100 days now and 4st lighter here's to the nest 100 days and another 4st lighter then will be almost at target :) and it's Friday roll on 6pm and bring on the weekend
