Hello lovely I home from work but back tomorrow I will be having chicken and salad tonight and taking chicken salad to work tomorrow as well I have to let it come into my life properly. I working 13 hrs and need to eat trauma and ortho is hard enough but over 65 yrs is heavy going lol xxxxx

Bloody hell sounds it least u making a sensible choice well in xxx I came home from work about 2:45 then did the housework then went to me mums to help her strip her kitchen wallpaper and now just at home sitting on the couch having a chill xxx hope tomorrow goes quick for u

Good morning all today I am feeling a bit happy yesterday I saw a nice jumper in peacocks and they only had 18 and 14 so I think I am about a 16 in tops at present so I thought I would buy the 14 I tried it on today for work and it fits ok I thought it may be a bit tight but it wasn't I know jumpers are baggy but I'm just made up that I actually bought a size 14 haven't done that in over 15 years woohoo

Lost 1.5lb today bit gutted but my ankles are swollen going docs as I'm retaining water badly and can no longer put it down to weight :-(

Morning ladies well today is a new day and. Am determined to lose 6st by end of october so I will be upping my water intake and trying to walk for at least 30 mins a day see if tha helps my weight loss I will be wearing a nice dress for my Xmas night out and I refuse to be the fattest one there hiding in the back when pictures are taken

Evening all i have been bad this week and going on hen do meal tomorrow :-( but get weighed tomorrow so gonna have chicken i think then its food for next 12 weeks cos that's when night out is I can do this just need me willpower back it's for a,bit lost lately

Well stayed the same yesterday so 12 weeks now till my Xmas night out so I will be 100% now till then no more messing about for me im done LBD here I come
