End of day one for me and all has gone well apart from the headache I have
how long do people find it takes them to be in ketosis?

Usually between day 3-5 depends really but just make sure u drinking the water that really helps with headaches day 4 done for me now had nice bath before and feeling little better although still feeling cold hoping to be in ketosis tomorrow

Day 5 - feeling better this morning I think I may be in ketosis now got a Sunday dinner to cook for mum while I then have my shake yum yum hope you all have a lovely Mother's Day

Well did the dinner and stood there smelling the chops for 5 mins even tore a bit off one to eat them decided against it as I remembered why I'm doing this so gave it to the dog lol still 100% I refuse to be beaten this time

Thanks Hun finding first week harder this time round :-( but I will do it this time I reckon is should be close to target by August if I dot give up

I want to be at target by 1st August as going on holiday x

Not a very good pic but made myself a motivation chart, each half a square is half a pound and I will colour it in each week with the amount of weight I have lost right up until I hit target then at the bottom I get a star for each day I stick to plan

That's fab idea that u shud do a lb jar too like I have every lb u lose u put. A pound in the jar then when u at target u got money for clothes

Well I did it went and got weighed and I have lost 11lb so happy now this last week has been a mare but now I remember why I do this diet

Well still going but finding it hard tonight kids and oh having spag Bol and was tempted to have some but I didn't I will be thin Tis time round I'm sat on couch with shake and if I ever feel,the need to eat really badly I will eat and egg or chicken

I didn't eat just drank loads of water only not eaten for 8 days so far

Day 9 - good morning all another happy day for me I hope in work til 6pm :-( but still going strong and still been 100% on SS happy Thursday
