Lol thank u I'm made up cant believe in 4 months on slimming world I lost 11.5lb in 4 months and I lost 1 stone in 2 weeks

Morning all day 15 woke up bright and early again lol determined to continue being 100% and get my Bmi down to under 40 so I can SS without my pint of milk everyday going in the direction at the min .

Hope u are all going to have another fab day without temptations keep going we are all doing excellent as out losses prove

Its was 45.1 now 42.7 not sure how much but reckon a few more weeks yet

i hope your not beating your self up about it! that in itsself is a hell of a goal to aim for, so many others would have given up before they get there.
