Hi ladies sorry haven't been on here for a few days! It been mental and ive really let myself down. I had a few slips over the bank holiday - only minor ones but it took me out of Ketosis. I've just been weighed and have put on 1.8.lbs. Not too bad I know but not great either. I'm back on my mission. I think the time off really didn't help. Now I'm back in a routine it should help me stay on track.
Hope everyone is doing well. You guys are such an inspiration I must log on more often. The main thing is I'm back at group this week and my head is back in the game! Damn those bank holiday BBQs!!!! X
