A new mum trying to get healthy!

I went to subway yesterday. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki. 367 cals and I loaded it with salad and jalapeños, was delicious. Had a pack of walkers baked in the meal deal for 101 cals and was completely stuffed! The boots meal deals are good but I don't think you feel as full. Hope you have a nice day with your friend. You'll have exercise cals from all the walking if you wanted to use them! :)

We didn't get as far as walking into city, but will remember the subway deal as we are going on hols soon and that will be great for lunch when out!

So tired little one was up 5 times and was up @5.45 am, so off to have bath and early night daddy doing first feed so hope I can get some sort of block, so will try to catch up with everyone's diaries soon.

Thanks Hun, we have a had a very stressful few days and i am afraid diets gone out of window! But weighed in this morning and somehow how only put on 1/4 of a lb! I have felt awful last few days sure its cause of everything that's going on but sure all the rubbish i have been eating hasn't helped! So back on it his morning. LO is asleep about to blitz the house ready for FIL staying when we go away.

I need a kick in t right direction! as soon as anything stressful happens in my life i turn to food need to change this attitude not sure how!

Been away as well and totally off plan!

Back on track today- Going to make my weigh in days sat- s I always seem to fail at weekend! hoping If I see a loss sat am i wont sabotage it over the weekend.

Thank you Cas, we had a lovely time. Yep pleased with my food for today, and planned breakfast and tea tomorrow, so i know where i am heading, now having a cuppa now bubs is in bed and hubby watching the football!

Off out round my pregnant friends today :) I am bringing lunch, jacket poi am thinking with tuna and sweetcorn and when LO wakes up going to walk up the shop and get some salad :)

weighed in this morning 16. 10 so not as much damage done as I thought yay! That means I have 10lbs to loose in 4 weeks which makes it 2.5 lbs a week hmmmmm!

Thank you, yep i think i may be aiming to high but will give it a go!

Lo has his jabs today :( he was poorly when he was last due them.

i don't feel right really hope I am not coming down with something I ache all over :( LO was up only once yay BUT wouldn't go down till 10.10pm-that's never happened bed is between 8-8.30pm, woke up @2am had 4 oz but then didn't go back to sleep till 3.30am-he spent most of the time "singing" with his thumb in his mouth- he can now roll, and i am strugglying to sleep every time I wake up he is on his tummy, so i worry about him breathing, sure this is part of my PND, so consequently I didn't go back to sleep till 5am ish and he was up @5.45am! YAWNING!
