oh my gosh, this weekend - nightmare, im too scared too weigh in this morning.. ive had 2 friends birthday this weekend and a meal out friday night, and a chinese take away last night.. totally off track!
i really need to control all of this when im with my friends, this is the hardest bit of staying on track i find!..my food diarys for over the weekend, not pointing though!! tooo scared!!

crispy chicken in chilli sauce,

my gosh, that is loads :| bet thats like 200pp right there.
..anyway no point worrying, im party free this week/end..so I AM going to stay on track..also my new motivation is i start college in september too!!
