U have done slimming world a few times before but never stuck at it very long. I am starting again today but have had to sign up online as can't get to any classes due to having two jobs. My husband and I need IVF and I need to loose about 4 stone before we will qualify so here goes....

Day 1 - 18/06/12 - red

Breakfast
1 muller light Greek style coconut yogurt - 0.5 syns
2 alpen light - 1x b

Lunch
Chicken, banana, mullet light Greek style coconut - 0.5

Aww best of luck with it all. You have great motive so I'm sure you will do it. :)

On the goals side of things, I think people find it easier to set smaller short term goals as they go along, changing them when they're reached, rather than the end goal as that just sometimes de-motivates as it can seem a bit over-whelming. But thats just an idea, obviously its up to you! :) xxx

I am going to set myself some smaller goals, ideally I'd like to loose 6 stone but that just sounds awful so I am going to take it a stone at a time, I am just going to aim for the next stone bracket down each time! X
