I believe so Rosie!! Its coming off a lot easier this time than the last but maybe because i am more relaxed about it without having a deadline
I thought a lot of the weight could be water as well, Snow! I ate a lot of breads and salty food when i was off plan (definitely more of a savoury tooth!) and we all know that salt and bad carbs make you retain water.
Strangely i still feel a lot fatter- my waist isnt as defined and my mum-tum seems wobblier and more bulging..
Made another batch of coleslaw today- am becoming addicted! Whole batch was 3syns! (EL mayo- 2syns, wholegrain mustard 1syn) and ive got some to take to work tomorrow
Almost like a salad so i dont mind munching on it like it is
Todays food (EE day)-
B: Nothing.
L: 4 x original ryvitas hexB topped with 4 x laughing cow extra light triangles part hexA and smoked salmon trimmings. Yogurt. Banana. Grapes.
D: 2 x chicken breasts stuffed with garlic and 2 laughing cow extra light triangles part hexA and wrapped in bacon. SW chips. Coleslaw 1syn.
Snacks: Nutella bready 4.5syns. Asda G&C crisps 4.5syns.
D: 2 x cups of tea (sweetener and skimmed milk 1syn) Flavoured fizzy water.
