Morning All

First post of many I hope. Starting Exante this week, just ordered a weeks worth to check out the flavours. My current weight 18.5 stone and dress size 22/24. I am aiming to be a size 14 by my wedding in March 2013.

I lost 3.5 stone in three months about 5 years ago on LL but have since failed to maintain so am starting again and this time keeping it off for good!

I have started today at 15.9, I lost 3st a few years ago on CD but put it all back on :0(
I need to lose at least 21lb in 6 weeks!!
I have a christening to go to and bought a size 16 dress !!

Hello! I'm sure you'll be able to make that target if you stick to it, it always comes off faster at the beginning ;-)
I plan to stay motivated by buying a new dress 1 or 2 sizes smaller and each time I fit into it buy another one that's smaller than that until I fit into a 12/14.
Need to start wedding dress shopping around October so must stick to it!

Clothes seem to be a good motivator - I've got the most beautiful pair of black mega flared cords hanging on my wardrobe door, a size below what I am right now, and they're definitely spurring me on
