There are a few upper body workouts that can help burn calories like vigourous punching of the air. I'd recommend getting a personal trainer. Someone who can help mend your injury and get you losing weight.

You might have to focus on your diet more until you heal.
 
Thank you for your help but nevee managed to do ne excesice as i was in alot of pain with it for bout a week but im in weight watchers anyway so knew to concentrate on my diet..
