Advice needed - Slimming world to Weight Watchers

I hate the new format so I do it off my phone instead most of the time!

Wow thats brilliant, can i ask how long that took you to do that? and is that using pro points ?
 
Hi, well if im really honest , i have been on and off slimming world for over 15 years !!! and never lost any more than half a stone, just my fault really , because i dont stick with them . or i will go on ww diet and get weighed at sw !! im just really confused and desperate for a quick weight loss ... (the most weight i ever lost was on The Atkins diet ,
i lost 14lb in 2 weeks) same again came off it after 2 weeks..mmmmm xx

3 months. I don't have massive losses but tbh I don't expect to. I haven't much to lose. But I have lost every week (apart from the Tuesday after easter but still stayed the same woo). I follow pro points. There's something satisfyingly strict in pointing EVERYTHING. Something I did not get with SW which I was doing for years before with not nearly as much success. I have never felt like quitting WW I must say x

Hi everyone. I am joining ww on Monday. I lost a stone on sw last year but went off plan and have piled it back on. I have tried and tried to get back on sw but have found that I have got bored.
I have tried ww pp once before but found my points were used very quickly and I was left hungry. I just tend to spend my points unwisely! I am going to give it a serious go though because I have a special event in 5 weeks and so if I can lose half a stone by then to fit back into a dress I own then I would be elated :)
I think I will have to post a food diary to try and stay on track and perhaps have a look at what others are eating to gain some ideas?
ps-I have not visited this site in a while and not sure how I feel about the new format?! I don't like change...

Hi Kaggs. Will post and let you know after I have joined tomorrow evening. I already know I will be on 29pp a day from when I attempted it last year (for all of 2 days :rolleyes:)

I have bought a butternut squash today to make some 0 point soup which I used to have on sw and I know is filling. I was so focused last year when I did sw but have really not been good since and have piled on nearly a stone. I am hoping ww will be more manageable in the long term as it means I won't get bored.

You'll probably be on 26 dailies Josiecat. They rejigged it this year and people who were on 29 dailies went down to 26 dailies.
