Advice Needed

Hi Everyone,

Ive been on Lipotrim now for just a month today and have been stalking your forum for motivation since day one. Thank you all soo much. Lucky for me i seem to be sailing along with no problems with the TFR, no "poo probs" and no problems drinking the water, but as the title states i now need advice.

In the past 4 weeks i have lost 1 stone 10lbs and i now feel great. But heres where the problems begin. Im getting married the 3rd of August this year and had planned on continuing TFR Lipotrim until June 6th and refeed for one week before my hen party. But my fiance has seen the brilliant results i've had on lipotrim and is keen to start asap. The problem is we REALLY need to do have a tasting night with our hotel about our wedding menu as well as a tasting of our wedding cake samples. As my fiance wants to start asap the best time for us to do both of these is Thursday May 24th and he can then start May 25th.

So my question is do i continue TFR Lipotrim for the next week, just have "one cheat" on the 24th sampling the food (not having a huge meal) and restart the diet for a further week (accept i wont loose as much weight) and refeed then as planned or just start the refeed this week (already weighed in today and have another weeks supply already) and try and maintain until after the hen party?

Sorry its such a long post but i really am at a loss as what to do.

Hi MGL, well done with the weight loss so far :D and wow what a dilemma!! If it was me, I would have the one cheat and get straight back on it after. Have your 2 shakes and then the testing and get straight on it 100%.That way you will give yourself 2 more weeks to lose before re-feed.
How exciting for you :D

I would get someone else you trust to do the tasting - I wouldn't risk my results so far. Once you've eaten it's really hard to re start - plus could you honestly really only limit yourself to a few mouthfuls (which still might knock you out if ketosis and make you gain or sts). It's a small price to pay to look extra fabulous on your big day x good luck x

I agree with angellove, when you first start eating after L.T food can sometimes taste like cardboard it takes time to taste things properly anyway so you may find you are a poor judge, Id let your other half or a close family member taste for you. Bet you will be a stunning bride good luck :)
