You know how you get 1/2 skimmed milk free of points do you think i could swap that for almond milk unsweetend? im trying to avoid milk as i am a bit lactose intolerant. xx
 
it says in the book 1/2 pint of skimmed milk is not included in your pro points its in the blue folder!
 
You are supposed to have half a pint a day but you still need to point it at 3 points. It's only free if doing filling And healthy day
