Hi everyone
My name is Aisha and I started my weight loss journey with Exante today. My current weight is 12st 8lb and I'd like to get down to 10st which would be a healthier weight for my height (5'4").
I've decided to follow the Total solution plan most of the time and I'll follow working solutions when socialising by adding a low carb meal to the menu.
I've got the shakes and bars bumper pack so the only hot meals I'll be having with be on my working solutions days
So here goes....
Day 1 - Total Solution
Breakfast - Strawberry Shake and a green tea.
Lunch - Half a Toffee, nut and raisin bar and a green tea
Mid-Afternoon snack - Remaining bar and mineral water.
Dinner - Chocolate shake and green tea.
Fluids for today - 2L mineral water, 1.2L of green tea (4 x 300ml mugs) and 250ml of coke zero.
My first day wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My tummy had a little rumble during the day but nothing like the hunger pangs I've had whilst eating normally lol
