i normally have wine at the weekends in the house but as its quite high in syns wanting to try a low syn alternative whats the lowest i like bacardi,martini,taboo,peach schnappes

Definitely the bacardi. With diet coke. 2.5 syns for 25ml.

thanks leanne will have to measure it out to see how much it is and if it is worth it! do love my wine but it is quite high in syns for what i call a decent sized glass!!

well if you went or the asda low calorie one its only 3.5 for a 175ml glass lol I don't know how much it would be but I'm thinking its a good amount!

also watch out in pubs because sometimes they give you 35ml shots instead of 25ml.
