ALDI pork shank in cider and apple gravy

Can anyone kindly tell me the syn value for the above? I have found pork shank in peppercorn sauce on here, but not the cider and apple gravy.

Sadly my Food Directory is ancient (2008-2009) and it's not listed

I had lamb shank in mint and rosemary gravy last night - well worth every one of the 3.5 syns I can tell you

The lamb shank was so lovely I thought the pork would probably be the same, but didn't get any in case they turned out to be megasyns!

Well the peppercorn sauce one wasn't too bad, so I can't see that the apple and cider one would be a huge amount worse...
I've just found nutrition info for MORRISONS pork shank in cider and apple sauce- reckon it'd be similar?

I should imagine so - there's usually very little difference from one own brand to another........

I reckoned the peppercron sauce one was OK, so cider and apple shouldn't be much worse - after all , it probably doesn't have much cider or apple in it!

Well the Morrisons ones are 3 syns per serving So you should be fine! Enjoy them xxx
