Oh dear !
Only 1 week to go till holiday and I have probably blown my chances of hitting target, my totm has done its usual job and knocked my diet completely.
It has happened every month this year ( I keep a diary so know for sure) except last month when I was totally in the exante zone and sailed through it.
Anyway, I have been doing fine all day then by evening the cravings come and I let them in,
I will not say exactly what I have had but let's just say it was not evil and not good either.
I actually made myself I'll in Friday night as I had chocolate,
I have had a very stressful week with several things getting on top of me and I did not cope at all, so decided to re feed early, trouble was that I didnt do it with the correct food as willpower disappeared
Anyway to cut a long story short I have had a long chat with myself this morning and have decided there is only 1 thing to do about it
Go back to ts for the rest of the week as planned and stick to my final weigh in on Saturday morning (6 weeks)
Whatever the scales say then so be it, that is that, I will go back on ts as soon as I get back from hols to shift the rest of the weight, probably another 1 stone hopefully.
