Hi all I have just purchased a SW starter pack for £10 including p&p which I though was really good as some people are asking for £25. I am really excited to now understand food optimising it will def help me on my way. It's a shame I can't get to a group but feel the starter pack will have all I need to go to follow SW correctly.

Options are 2 syns per sachet...Always seem to be on offer somewhere...Four for £1 usually.
