i think the smash chicken is on a thread on here somewhere, in the mag its cajun chicken and wedges
its called crispy chicken with smash and its just below this one

Yeah I tried the Cajun one out of the mag but the smash one sounds better

I buy the mag but I do wish they would make some of the yummy food vegetarian - I do feel a bit hard done by when I can count on one hand the number of veggie mains they do and it you count the ones with Quorn in it sometimes there are only a couple.

When I give the meat eaters SW ones they never know - doing them the chicken pie (page 70) tonight.
