It could have been worse, just didn't eat much and went over syns
 
Talking of walking...I worked out how much i walked on google maps...is 11 miles enough body magic for 1 day :p

Got on the scales and at the moment showing a 2.5lb loss :O Must have been all the walking...official weigh in tomorrow though. And I appear to have twisted my ankle at some point in the night, mum always tells me i'm a fidget bum in bed cos she can hear me moving constantly from her room and i'm forever waking up with various injured body parts.

Breakfast: 2x alpen lights, 2x ww yogs, melon
Lunch: Ham sandwich, 2x kiwi, hartleys jelly pot, banana
Tea: .....

HEa: milk
Hea:
HEb: alpen lights
HEb: bread

Syns: 2x jaffa cake 5, 2x 12g bags rainbow drops 4
Free snacks: prepacked fruit

haha i just presumed you weren't on cos it was the weekend (haven't checked anyone elses diary cos my phone takes me straight to my diary and i'm too lazy to go back and scroll through :p) He was acting like a child yesterday wanting me back as his girlfriend, took me nearly 12 hours to get it through his skull that i didn't want me be more than friends, even when i said outright "I don't want to be anything more than friends", my friend in AMERICA ended up messaging him to tell him he was a moron and that i didn't want to be in a relationship with him or anyone. If it wasnt so pathetic how he was acting it would have been funny.

Got pain right down my leg today. I thought I'd just twisted my ankle...but now its in my hip and knee too. I would blame old age...but since i'm not 24 til saturday...i'll blame saturdays walking :p
 
I know, tempted to ignore him for a while tbh xD

That pre weigh in weight yesterday was wrong... Ended up as 1lb loss at official weigh in. Next week I shall anticipate a small gain as i'm going for a meal on saturday and i dont plan on being good, then Sunday I'll have birthday cake, Monday cake in work. So yeah, I'll stick to it rest of the week but I won't expect to loose. Though didn't expect to lose this week after the pancakes and stuff.
 
Anywho, not brought any lunch with me so gonna do a green day and get a spud and beans off the market

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, banana and golden syrup, coconut muller
Lunch: tuna and sweetcorn pasta, nectarine
Tea: LM sausages, egg and chips

HEa: milk
HEa:
Heb: weetabix
HEb: 1/2 tuna

Syns: 1/2tbsp golden syrup 1.5, mayo 5, rainbow drops 2, mars bar 12?
Free snacks: prepacked fruit, nectarine

Actually decided to get tuna and sweetcorn pasta of the sandwich dude for lunch. I deduce i can use half a HEb for the tuna cos their aint 115g in there, possibly less than 67g tbh... and just syn the mayo, the sweetcorn and pasta is free...so i'm good :p
 
Craving really bad today i'm not in "i am going to eat everything chocolate i can see" state of mind i'm managed to kerb that but i'm still wanting chocolate...but as i work it out i believe it should be * week, sadly i still get the symptoms even if i don't get the actual * :p. I know its taken me over syns but I have allowed myself a mars bar, its kerbed my craving for now anyway :)
