Ally's Diary - take two

I guess I don't need to tell you that I understand where you're coming from. Sounds like the weekend is a way to 're-balance' or baseline at least. Some of the comments made on my diary this morning made sense to me, and did put some of it in perspective for me at least. I think sometimes we tend to lose that perspective - you're doing really well at the moment, and the weekend off is not going to de-rail you I'm sure. If it does, well, we're all here for you.

It's funny that it was exactly the same time last year my brain was functioning in the same way. 28th march I got myself out of it (i remember cos it was insanely hot day and day i met one of my fave bands (next day it snowed!)). Seems like after 3 months my brain gets into "must diet" mode, then i have to find a way to snap out of it!

I'm on a mission not to weigh myself every morning this week. I'm attempting to not get on until Tuesday, won't be a problem sat, sun and Mon morning, this morning I had to go put early to take dad work so didn't get chance, just tomorrow and Friday I have to stop myself!

Breakfast: choc porridge
Lunch: ham sandwich, 2x yellow plums, nectarine, banana, kiwi
Tea: beef casserole, yellow plum

Hea: milk
Hea:
Heb: porridge
Heb: bread

Syns: bournville highlights 2, butter 1, gravy granules 2, gum 1, jaffa cake 2.5. Magic stars 3.5

Free snacks: prepacked fruit, muller light

I've had an idea, i'm in a desperate attempt to save money for when i go london in june/holiday in august, so when i'm tempted to buy chocolate or something i don't really need, like I do often, I am going to put that money in a box, so like last night I was tempted to buy a tshirt but backed out as it went to paypal and decided i didnt really need it, so thats £25 i can put in there, and i nearly bought a curly wurly earlier so thats another 20p or however much they are :p I'll have a nice collection in no time :p

It may stop be buying chocolate unnecessarily. I need a box, big enough to hold a lot of money haha
 
Yeah for now I've decided to use my saving account to put it in, will add up the cost of everything I resisted buying and transfer it over at end of week xD
