Ally's Diary - take two

Ended up staying home ill today, felt sick when I got up, walked station with Jamie had to stop 3 times on the 15 min walk to retch, I thought I was gonna throw up so much, ended up coming back home instead of catching my train. Was greeted with "is there any chance you could be pregnant", so mum now knows the full story of that, followed by another pregnancy test (as negative as the one I took few weeks ago). Now I have bad stomach pain, feel really sick and mums starting to feel the same. Not sure if we both have a mild case of food poisoning as we both had same from Chinese last night.

Wasn't as bad as I anticipated it would be.


Been drs this morning, pains getting worse, he says it's constipation. Not entirely sure I agree with that diagnosis. If pain doesn't get any better, going back tomorrow.

Scales gave a half pound gain this morning.
 
Ended up back at drs, gave me some meds, pain seems to have eased slightly thankfully, if the pain goes worse gotta go hospital as he's not sure if it's appendicitis or not, at moment he doesn't think it is but admitted he wasn't ruling it out.

Be glad when i can eat something other than soup or toast without being in pain.
 
Another trip to doctors, another diagnosis, least I've got some tablets that might be of some use. Hope I'm better for Monday, can only have 5 sick days from work =/

Miracle drugs, only taken 2 doses, pains gone, not hurting when I eat now, feeling much better, now why couldn't I have been given those 4 days ago, then I wouldn't have been in pain all week nor would I have needed to be off work.
 
I've gone from not being able to eat to eating everything in sight.. Oh dear
 
Attempting to stick to sw for a few days, weekend was horrendous food wise since I couldn't stop eating. Not sure if it's the pill causing it or not.

Breakfast: 2x Alpen lights, apple, ww yog, lindt advent
Lunch: philly and salmon ryvita, 5x Malteasers Advent choc, mango
Tea: beef in oyster sauce with spinach, clementine

Hea: milk

Heb: Alpen lights
Heb: ryvita

Syns: lindt Advent 1.5, 7x Malteasers Advent 7, oyster sauce 0.5, wrigglers turbulence gum 0.5, options butterscotch 2, marshmallows 1.5

Free snacks: persimmon, apple, 2x banana

Pleased to see the wagon stopped long enough for you to jump back on. :D

For now, Thursday will be hard cos of a gig, Friday should be OK. Saturday til Tuesday at Jamies, then Xmas so prob not gonna last long haha

Going to bodge my hot choc a little to reduce syns, gonna knock a couple off use as part Hea, as got half of one left, but just knock 2 syns off to be safe, plus only drank 3/4 of it, bosses treat, and then i didn't drink it all.

Tea: steak and cheese subway on wheat

Hea: 1/2 milk 1/2 cheese
Hea: full fat milk

Heb: wheat sub

Syns: lindt Advent 1.5, Malteasers Advent 1, Costa white choc hot chocolate 10 (knocked 6 off as hea), subway (wheat sub and Heb (slightly cheating), cheese half hea) 8
