Ally's Diary - take two

Been given another week off work, still in pain drs have given me some stronger meds see if they do anything.
 
Gain 2.5lb this week
 
Still in pain but attempting to stick to sw cos I'm either not eating or eating crap, need to try get some normality, but not going to be to harsh on myself if I don't quite stick to it.

Breakfast: fruit n fibre
Lunch: salmon and scrambled egg
Tea: cheeseburger and salad, muller greek yog

Hea: milk
Hea: cheese slices
Heb: fruit n fibre
Heb: wholemeal roll

Syns: fruit n fibre 2.5, 6x werthers éclairs 9, muller greek toffee 0.5, options mint 2, marshmallows 1

Free snacks: persimmon, banana

What makes it worse is none of the tests show anything up. Mum was blaming the pill for a while but I started on that at the end of the week when I first had the pain so It not that.

Lunch:hawaiian wrap pizza
Tea: tuna salad

Hea: milk
hea: rf cheese
Heb: weetabix
heb: 2x Alpen lights

Syns: honey 2.5, 3x werther éclairs 4.5, 2x flump 4, ww wrap 5.5, wagon wheel wheelie 4.5

Sorry to hear you've been having such a bad time recently. Are you feeling any better? Well done for getting back on plan- any time I'm not well I use it as an excuse not to.

I'm struggling to stick to it tbh, right to do trying not to head for all the junk. I'm feeling a little better, mum says I look better too, but getting fed up of the pain and tiredness now.

Tea: Gammon, pineapple and salad

Hea: milk
Hea: philly lightest
Heb: 2x fruit crunch ryvita
Heb: 3x cracked black pepper ryvita

Syns: Greek muller 0.5, werther eclair 1.5, 3x flump 6, wagon wheel wheelie 4.5, pink lady and elderflower Lolly 3.5

Free snacks: pear, persimmon

Feeling really rough today. Round 7 at the drs later.

Lunch: bachelors beef rice, grapes, mango, strawberries
Tea: cheese slices, scrambled egg and beans on toast, strawberry jelly yogurt pudding

Hea: milk
Hea: 3x aldi be light cheese slices
Heb: fruit crunch ryvita
Heb: bread

Syns: muller greek toffee 0.5, 2x flump 4, daim egg 3, jelly 1, muller greek strawberry 0.5, bournville highlights 2, marshmallows 1

Free snacks: banana, 2x plum

Hea: 1/2 babybel, 1/2 1.5 cheese slices

How was the doc's on Friday?

Been again today, still in pain, still no idea what's causing it, and I'm off work for another week

Syns: ketchup 0.5, 3x daim egg 9, Hartley jelly 1, muller greek strawberry 0.5, 4x extra ice mints 1, extra light mayo 0.5

Free snacks: 2x clementine, egg custardy type thing, melon, strawberries
