Read another link a while ago that says some people DO react with insulin/blood sugar to some sweeteners - that's why it's worth being really careful and checking the total amount of the polyol not just the net carbs. So my little sf choccies are 2g total including sweetner and 0 net carbs. An atkins bar is 20g total even if claims it's only 2 net carbs
