And everyone is right - not only have you met us in all our fabulousness D) but so much else has happened - you're feeling so much better physically, you look amazing, you're fitting into miniscule clothes, getting some bedroom hockey action (hehe) and really working at raising your self confidence. Am sobbing here at your words Susie... I feel like every cliche .... "new lease of life", "so much younger feeling" ... Lol ... Can't remember the other cliches! Lol

Still loads more to go but feeling smaller and more feminine and feeling some bones I never thought I had. . I skip more and run for buses and squeeze into smaller spaces and sometimes I'm the preferred place to sit next to on the train or bus rather than folk avoiding me like the plague! Lol. Xx

Will cook rhubarb tomorrow as I'm just home from lunch with the 90yr old

L - chicken livers and rocket salad with a few pine nuts - soya latte

D- left over lamb mince from yesterday

I just had 100ml of Alpro yoghurt and feel hungry... In fact so hungry I could eat my left boot lol it was only 2.1g carbs - I must have bought the wrong one!

So will keep away from that in the future!
