Morning all !

Atkins vanilla shake for breakfast when I get to the office... Have just bought a new tub of the powder.

Am meeting a colleague for lunch so something legal from the menu...

And the same as last night - Tescos roast chicken breast fillet diced with prawns, Mayo, some chopped cucumber and celery with lime juice...

And I'm not going to whinge today! Lol

I'm starting to think that I must be cheating with my menus and MFP... maybe that's the reason things aren't budging.

Will try and be more vigilant and see if I can suss out where I'm going wrong.

If I forget to weigh something I can maybe under estimate how many ounces and when I look for a food/meal in the search box I might select a lower calorie version! Lol

Hi girly that's exactly what I do for Atkins shakes and powder - I've got an arrangement with Amazon!

am in Hammersmith today so it will be vanilla Atkins powder for breakfast - mackerel tin for lunch - and maybe another powder vanilla to keep the wolf from the door. Will have a meal when I get home - not sure what it'll be yet...
