The Atkins vanilla powder and the cafe latte pre-made ones ... They are yum! Lol

back on atkins as of tmro Di and just want them for standby breakfast/lunch, wont have them everyday but useful to have in the cupboard.

Yep son back - I cooked a roast for them yesterday and then washed up!! Lol

Today was blind date... Walked my little socks off!! now about to have a bath and a lie down ... 3hrs of walking! Lol ... The chap was really lovely but not fanciable ... Really easy to be with though and he wants to see me again...

B - egg, mush , egg , tomato

L - chicken breast grilled with cheese and bacon in top with a salad and small glass of Merlot overlooking the Thames near the Tate

D - chicken stock from the bones and left overs of yesterday's roast with a slice of cheese and some of the left over chicken - was very yummy .. Plus glass of spiced rum with soda water and fresh lime wedge just to help me revive! Lol
