News flash !!! Mad woman found shrieking and yelping just outside Dorothy Perkins ... Men in white jackets called to assist and sedate her!!

It was me!! Just bought a size 18 coat for Cambridge date tomorrow!! Lol... So... In the last 9 months have shrunk from size 32 to 18 ... Ok this 18 is one of those oversized parka-type things... But it has 18 on the label ... Who cares that I've lost diddly squat recently - I have now got that size in my wardrobe!! Ha ha xx

Lovely day and walked my socks off! Don't think he's completely right but he's nice company ... A bit of snogging (do they still use that word?? Lol) Haven't done that for a long while ! Lol

B - 2 x turkey breast slices, small stick of pre wrapped cheddar cheese, small circle of pre wrapped mozzarella and coffee with cream

L - coffee and cheese stick

D - huge gammon steak with fried egg 3 mushrooms half a tomato and mixed salad with huge glass of merlot

Walked for 3 hours - must have been 3 miles lol

s/f jelly and cream,nice in the beginning but too much
and it's lost it's pazang if you know what i mean,
