Hi all, I weigh first thing on a Monday morning to record any (hopefully) losses. but I stand on the scales every morning to make sure things are going in the right direction.
As for syns, last week, I was so bad at the beginning of the week I decided to use my weekly total of syns up which left me with virtually no syns for a couple of days but I managed it and still lost 3 pounds. I'm sure it's not such a good idea all the time though as, if you use them all up early in the week and then need some later, willpower might not be strong enough to resist. mine wouldn't be anyway!
