Thanks Jaly!! Delighted that I lost, feeling like I'm probably on too many points now. Its harder to be motivated now because I don't feel fat anymore and I'm happy staying this weight really so the' will i have another piece of chocolate' question is always followed with yes. Constantly hungry now too and craving junk cz im working so hard and not sleeping enough.
Eeek! Not good The 'ses-food diet'.. I see food, then eat it Just fill up on lots of fruit and when you go off track, don't give up, try and point everything as best you can! Good luck hun, hope you have a lovely day! x
If work slows down I could do it, Id cut out bread twice a.day and have more time to exercise, but if it keeps up Ill not be losing big amounts. But im happy with how I am now even, would love to be size 10 though!
