Hiya and Happy New Year! I might be completely wrong but can't you have 2xHEA & 2xHEB when you do red or green days?

definately. some B's differ for red and green also - ie you can have measured meat as a green B and measured wholemeal past/potato with skin on as a red B, so worth checking.
 
Thanks ladies...to be honest by tea time plan went to pot... travel back to germany tomorrow and will be getting food in tomorrow night :D I can't wait to get back on plan as i feel poo!! What the link for Zoe?? xxxx
 
Well i'm back home :D How good to be back although i do wish the house would hurry uo and heat up!! Lol... Just did my weigh in... and got sts so three weeks off plan and 3lb gain... Cannot complain at that at all as have been an animal!!! Lol...

Just sent hubby out to get the shopping in whilst i fed my 8 month old.... Bless im he is good!! Think we will sleep weel tonight!! & then back on plan tomorrow!! :D

Joing the Wii Fit challenge on here to complete 12 hours of exercise in Jan so shall see how that goes!!

Only 8 weeks left till due date... exciting stuff and within that time got a house move... Crazy!! and if anything like his darling sister could be here in 4/5!!

Well stuck to plan today... no extra syns or what not :D Just did 33 mins on the wii fit and burnt 188 calories... It's a start!!

Food Plan for tomorrow is:

Breakfast:
2 x Weetabix (HeB)
Milk (HeA)
Lunch:
Mug shot
Tea:
Chilli & rice (lots of veg)
Garlic Bread: 6syns
Snacks:
Fruit
Total: 6 syns

At the minute i won't be having any syns but that could change tomorrow so shall update tomorrow if need be.... WOOP Feels ace to be back on track!! xxx

Came back and added Garlic Bread as fancied some :D xxx

Came back and edit'd... was in Ikea for hours as Hubby is setting me up my own little study area as started a open university degree :) xxx

Naughty i know... but this morning the scales are showing a 5lb loss :O so thats 3lbs of my weeks off plan gone and 2 extra pounds... will have got my 1 stone award if t's true but we shall see on Monday WI :D xxx

oo ive never had peppercorn chicken b4? is it nice youl have to send me recipie!! your doing fab hun fingers crossed for a bigger loss!! im naughty aswell - weigh in tomorrow but i looked tonight and it said 4lb loss so we shall see in the morning!! im excited lol! hope this exercise has paid off! xxx
 
Your dinners sound yummy! Fingers crossed for your 1 stone award on Monday. I'm 2lbs off my 1 stone award so aiming for that for my WI on Weds xXx
 
How are you studying, cooking (healthily) and doing wii stuff at 32 weeks pregnant and still losing weight? I'm very impressed with your motivation - keep it up!

Thanks girls... not quite sure how i'm doing it but hey never a dull moment in the Davis household, plus i have a very supportive husband and my little madam although when not teething is an absolute angel!! ... be more manic here when little man arrives... Did i mention i move house in 11 days!! Arghhhh Lol xx


Unfortunately since last night i've not been very well so today's menu i think will be out the window due to i'm sure it will not taste as good on the way back up... Really hope this illness don't affect my WI monday or i'll be gutted as been 100% since monday!!

Well today i've had

Water... LOL...

I had an apple at lunch time... Didnt want my body to go into starve mode... Going to have some whole meal toast and a cup of tea in a mo see if that stays down... So technically i've had HeB... some milk from HeA and some fruit... lol... it's kinda of plan ish!! hehe,

Hopefully fighting fit tomorrow and can get back on plan!! xxx
