So i'm back again and glad to say not because i have put all the weight back on but because i'm ready to loss more weight.
After stopping last time i put on 4lbs within the first 2 days, but was expecting that to be the case anyway. So i'm now starting off at 17st and want to get another 2st off. given that last time i lost 19lbs in the 1st week i have high expectations but i'm also being realistic so i'll see how it goes.
