oh btw i couldnt stand the porridges so for breakfats i have a cappuccino shake( i dont even like coffee) love it with ice in a blender i have a soup for dinner usually chillie or veg and a hot choclate shake in the night delicious i used to try lots of diffrent flavour shakes i like most of them but these have become my routine now ive had a few slip up on the way(nothing majour) but this week im loving my diet and feeling great :D

Hey guys head aches are normal but a sure sign of water required the more headache u have the more water you should drink x take some paracetamol and I'm sure u will be fine xxxx you all seem to be getting on well and after yr 1st week it gets easier I promise x try having some u time at night pamper in the bath with candles and face mask and a good book works for me x and I walk the dogs so much more as it gets me out of the house once I have served dinner up lol xxx

Struggling today :-( could kill for a bacon bitty ahaha but not had my first shake yet so thts prob y!! Gna get my shake down me n crack on with it :)

I agree. This is Day 4 for me. Distraction is the key. I've been concentrating on baths, face packs, nails during the evening with my laptop by my side. It keeps me away from the fridge and my mouth!
We're having a puppy soon, looking forward to lots of walks when she's had all her jabs!

you nearly over the worst - day 4 was by far the worst for me. What kind of puppy you getting? am trying to distract myself today as had a meal out on friday night so this is day 3 - its tough!!!!

its funny because only this week have i started noticing im feeling great so glad ive stuck to my diet but some days i feel quite self consious because i think people are looking at me to see if ive lost weight if they no im on the diet plus all my clothes are huge im only 4"11 so most of my tops are down past my knees lol not going on a shopping spree till ive lost some more weight so for now im in leggins and tucking most my tops in and all my friends are brill and lent me some clothes :D

YAAYYY GLAD YOU DIDNT CAVE IN ITS SO EASY TO DO BUT U FEEL SO MUCH BETTTER FOR TRYING THAT BIT HARDER AND NOT...stick at it hunn ul be feeling great the first 2 weeks i found hard but after that it just becomes everyday life about 2 weeks ago we went camping i took my soups and shakes somebody was handing out sausages i actually forgot i was dieting as im so used to it as everyday life took the sausage bit it spait it out lol ..ul do great hunn xxx

I have clothes in all different sizes but I will be going on a hugggeeeee shopping spree wen I'm skinny :-D uv done really well Hun with ur losses xx

I can't wait to get to the stage where I don't feel hungry!! My stomach is rumbling loads today arghhhh but I've not had my first shake yet so will have it soon and hopefully my tummy shuts up!! Lol.... Well done for spitting the sausage out :-D haha x

I'm sure ull do great!! Let me know ur loss chick as we have around the same to lose... I'm sure I've missed a day somewhere lol... Im sure we were both on say 3 at the same time? Haha... Got my packs at 5pm on fri but not sure whether I should be counting tht as my first day even though I didnt eat tht day n had 2 shakes later on?! Not getting weighed until sat anyways :-(!! Xx
