oh btw i couldnt stand the porridges so for breakfats i have a cappuccino shake( i dont even like coffee) love it with ice in a blender i have a soup for dinner usually chillie or veg and a hot choclate shake in the night delicious i used to try lots of diffrent flavour shakes i like most of them but these have become my routine now ive had a few slip up on the way(nothing majour) but this week im loving my diet and feeling great
