I start on Monday, we are about the same height/ weight, I'm 5"3 and about 11st x
Well done on your first day! I'm dreading the headaches most, cos I get them generally if I haven't had a coffee haha xxx
 
Me 2! So this morning I made myself a weak black coffee an just the smell made me feel so good. I just had a cranberry chewy bar, it tastes good! I haven't felt hungry yet I guess it's because I'm drinking loads of water.

You can have black coffee on plan can't you? X that's what I drink anyway. You should try it, it's not that bad lol xx

Hi :) my CDC said I couldn't have the bars until week 2 as it stops you going into ketosis?! Well done for getting through your first day hun xx

My CDC said coffee is fine as long as its only a couple of black ones a day obv with no sugar but I've read somewhere it can take u out of ketosis so I havnt had any x

Yep x messaged my consultant and she's got no shaker cups in, so gotta go to tescos 1st thing to get one :) x
Roll on 6pm haha x not gonna have anything but water tomorrow before my meeting so I can class it as day one :) x

Can u get them from tesco?! U can just use an electric whisk hun x

Not branded ones, just plain x I need one for while I'm in work, don't fancy carrying a blender in my bag lol xxx

I've got a hand blender thing at home for when I'm in x I'm sure it will all taste better blended x
 
My Consultant didnt mention anything about no bars during the first week :confused: so during my first day I had a bar and black coffee and the next morning I did the ketosis stick test and turns out I am in ketosis already :eek::bighug:should I avoid the bars until next week?

It's best to ring ur CDC and ask her hun, I was told not to for the first week and some ppl on here have been told 2 weeks. Mine said it was because the bars have mre carbs in bt if ur in ketosis already it should be fine for u?! But ring n ask hun xxx

Day 10 n nooo cheats :-D wooop I've suddenly got looaaddssss of energy (slightly hyper) haha

I nearly had a fight with lasagne before!! It tried to crawl into my mouth but I won the battle :)

I'm gonna ss without cheats for the whole 12 weeks, 10 n a half to go wooop!

Wishing I could try the soups but for some reason the thought of them makes me feel sick st the mo, I did try the oriental chilli one right at the beginning which was lovely but cant face them atm?!

Anyways 74 more days to go, easyyy!!

Hehehe good job on wining the fight! Day 3 and still on ss had a malt toffee bar it was really good, felt awesome to chew:bliss:
