Hmpphhh... well, I had my second week weigh in this morning and I was only down 2.5lbs.
I am trying to keep things in perspective because I had such a great loss in my first week - I am only 2.5lbs off a stone in two weeks - I just feel like I've hit a bit of a plateau. I have been this weight since the weekend, and I'm not moving. (Again, SHAME on me for weighing myself so regularly).
I know if I keep to plan the weight will come off, and I have no intention of giving up until I reach goal - just felt a bit deflated this morning I guess.
