Just hopped on the scales, and looking like about 3 up :'( it's my own fault - too many sweet treats!! :(
Keeping syns super low for today and tomorrow, maybe a maintain this week then! :(

Been a bit awol over the weekend, been really off plan and I am showing a 4lb gain so we can both get back on the wagon together if you like :)

Great loss last week for you though, and I find weight going on after a little splurge comes off a bit more easily than 'new weight' if you know what I mean?

So here is one for you :copon: and I would like one back please and hopefully we will both be back on track by next weigh in :scale:

I've been really naughty with little treats, I haven't gone crazy but deffo gone over my syns!! :(
I know what you mean, and I'm hoping this weight comes off asap, even though my lunch didnt help, I ended up with chips from the chippy, I ran out of time to make the pasta bake and was absolutely starving and had chips, I didn't even enjoy them that much!! :slap: there we go! we need to get back on it lovely! :D

Hope you've stayed on plan today - unlike naughty me!! :(

So I have gone a little crazy since last weeks weigh in!
I have gone over my sins everyday and I haven't eaten much fruit and veg, tonight I actually said to myself, enough is enough and I have sat down and wrote some lists including; why do I want to carry on losing weight? What am I proud of? Etc, and have had a good think about things.
I am desperate to get back to work, and that starts on Monday hooray!! I need some routine in my life again! And then I can get my lunchbox done etc.

But this was just a blip and I am back on plan 100%, I'm going to take each day as it comes and pray for a maintain on Thursday!!

This is not the end of the road! :)

Things to do tomorrow;
stay on plan
Stick to my plan for the day
Do not go over syns
Have hex's
Drink more water!

Morning lovely

You are sounding like you are back on track, are you feeling a little better now? Sometimes its good to sort of re-group and remind yourself why you are doing this. We are not machines and you have done incredibly well. You were saying that you have got into all your clothes now so there is sort of no motive there for you now- why don't you chose something lovely to buy in the size down and you could use that to work towards?

I am still not back on track, I am just starting again on Friday which is my weigh day, going to enjoy these last 2 days off work and then get back to normal on Friday and then back to work on Monday. I will just weigh and face up to the hefty gain on Friday! I am going to aim for another stone then before Christmas. I am a slow loser so hopefully that is do-able.

I'm getting there for sure. I have been looking online for a nice Christmas dress or something, haven't found the perfect one yet but it's something I'm definitely going to do!
Fair enough, I'm sure you will be 100% after weigh in! :) you know the plan works!! I'm sure a stone before Christmas will be simples for you lovely!

Good Luck for weigh in today - i maintained last night, am very disappointed as i was on plan ALL week, i think the problem i had was that i didn't eat enough friut and vegetables. xx

Don't worry about your maintain, if you was good then it will catch up with you and you'll have a fab loss next week if you keep it up :D
I lost half a pound this week :( need half a pound till 5 stone rahh!! Deffo going to do it this week or there's trouble haha! :D xx
